普者黑位于中国云南省文山州丘北县，因独特的喀斯特峰林与湖泊湿地相结合的景观而闻名。“普者黑”为彝语音译，意为“盛满鱼虾的湖泊”。 普者黑湖泊群由多个大小相连的湖泊与河道组成，湖泊星罗棋布，峰林倒映其中，山与水巧妙融合，被誉为“世间罕见，中国独一无二的喀斯特山水田园风光”。夏季万亩荷花盛开时，景色如诗如画，宛如人间仙境。
Puzhehei, located in Qiubei County, Wenshan Prefecture, Yunnan Province, China, is renowned for its unique landscape characterized by a combination of karst peak clusters and lake wetlands. The name "Puzhehei" is a transliteration from the Yi language, meaning "a lake teeming with fish and shrimp." The Puzhehei lake system consists of numerous interconnected lakes and waterways, with lakes scattered like stars and karst peaks reflected in the water, forming a harmonious interplay of mountains and waters. It is acclaimed as a “rare wonder in the world and a one-of-a-kind karst pastoral landscape in China.” In summer, when thousands of acres of lotus flowers bloom, the scenery becomes poetic and picturesque, resembling a fairyland on earth.

第一天 Day 1 普者黑 Puzhehei
• 上午 Morning：抵达普者黑景区，乘船游览湖区，欣赏喀斯特山水、荷花田、清澈湖泊。Arrive at Puzhehei Scenic Area, take a boat tour around the lakes with karst peaks, lotus fields, and crystal-clear waters.
• 中午 Noon：湖边农家乐午餐，推荐烤鱼、荷花宴。Lunch at a lakeside farmhouse — try grilled fish and lotus feast.
• 下午 Afternoon：登青龙山，俯瞰普者黑全景（湖光山色最美观景点）。
Hike up Qinglong Mountain for panoramic views of Puzhehei.
• 晚上 Evening：入住普者黑客栈，夜游村寨，体验篝火晚会或水上烟火. Stay overnight in a guesthouse. Join a bonfire party or enjoy lake fireworks at night.
第二天 Day 2 —— 坝美 Bamei Village
• 上午 Morning：前往坝美（车+溶洞船进入，被称为“隐者的桃源”）。Head to Bamei Village, accessible only by boat through limestone caves — known as the “Hidden Peach Blossom Land.”
• 中午 Noon：在坝美农家用餐，尝壮族风味菜。Have a farmhouse lunch in Bamei, enjoy Zhuang ethnic cuisine.
• 下午 Afternoon：游览坝美村寨，走石板路，看古民居、木楼吊脚楼，了解壮族文化。Explore Bamei village: stone-paved paths, traditional wooden houses, and Zhuang cultural heritage.
• 晚上 Evening：返回普者黑或住坝美，享受宁静夜晚。Return to Puzhehei or stay overnight in Bamei for a peaceful evening.
第三天 Day 3 普者黑深度体验 Deep Puzhehei Experience
• 上午 Morning：环湖骑行，经过荷花湖、菜花地，观鸟、拍照。Go cycling around Puzhehei Lake — lotus ponds, rapeseed fields, birdwatching, and photography.
• 中午 Noon：享用普者黑特色野生菌火锅。Try local wild mushroom hotpot.
• 下午 Afternoon：参观当地彝族、壮族村寨，体验民俗活动；傍晚返回昆明。Visit Yi or Zhuang ethnic villages, join folk activities; return to Kunming in the evening.
