景点简介｜Introduction
云南红河州元阳县是哈尼族的传统耕种区，以壮观的山地梯田景观闻名。其梯田文化景观跨越近 1200 年，在艾里牛山脉南坡延伸至红河两岸，总面积约 16,600 公顷，是联合国教科文组织世界文化遗产的重要组成部分。千年农耕文明与哈尼族文化在此交融，被誉为“世界最美的山水田园”。
Yuanyang, located in Honghe Prefecture of Yunnan Province, is the traditional farming heartland of the Hani people, renowned for its spectacular mountain rice terraces. Spanning more than 1,200 years of history, the terraces cover around 16,600 hectares, stretching from the southern slopes of the Ailao Mountains to the banks of the Red River. This cultural landscape is part of the UNESCO World Heritage list, where centuries of agricultural practices intertwine with Hani culture, earning the title “the world’s most beautiful pastoral landscape.”

In Yuanyang, the mountains appear carved into endless steps of terraces that rise toward the horizon. At dawn, mist lingers in the valleys and the flooded paddies reflect the sky’s shifting colors, creating vast natural mirrors. It is not only a paradise for photographers but also a living testament to the Hani people’s thousand-year cultivation traditions.

交通方式：从昆明乘夜车或高铁加车到元阳县城，再租车或包车前往梯田观景点。
Transportation: Take an overnight bus or high-speed train plus transfer from Kunming to Yuanyang County, then rent a car or hire a driver to reach the terrace viewpoints.
最佳季节：1 月至翌年 4 月注水期／冬季日出效果最佳。
Best season: January to April during the water-filled period, with the most striking winter sunrises.
建议行程：第一天到达新街镇休整；第二天清晨在多依树观景台观日出，下午游览老虎嘴；第三天前往箐口村及周边梯田村寨体验民俗；第四天返回昆明。
