南糯山位于云南省西双版纳傣族自治州勐海县，是普洱茶重要的原料产区之一，拥有悠久的茶树栽培历史。据资料显示，南糯山的古茶园（old tea gardens）面积仍有超过一万亩，海拔约在 800 到 1500 米之间，年均气温约 18.7°C，气候温和、云雾多，是典型“高山云雾出好茶”的茶山。南糯山不仅自然生态优良，还居住着哈尼族等民族，茶文化与民族文化交织，是体验普洱茶源头与乡村生活的理想地点。
Nannuo Mountain, located in Menghai County, Xishuangbanna, Yunnan Province, is one of the key origin areas for Pu’er tea raw materials. It has a long history of tea cultivation. Today, Nannuo still has over 10,000 mu (≈ 666 hectares) of “old tea gardens,” at elevations between 800 to 1,500 meters, with an average annual temperature around 18.7°C. The climate is mild, often misty, especially in mornings and during humid seasons—conditions widely considered ideal for producing high-quality Pu’er tea. Nannuo is also home to Hani and other ethnic communities, making it a place where tea culture and traditional rural life deeply intersect.

交通方式：从景洪或勐海镇出发，可乘车或包车前往南糯山茶区，也可先到勐海镇安排行程。
Transportation: Depart from Jinghong or Menghai town; hire a car or take local transport up to Nannuo tea area.
最佳季节：春季与秋季采茶季节（通常为每年 4 月–11 月）；云雾多且温度适中的日子最能呈现茶园景致。
Best season: Tea harvest seasons—generally between April and November; days with mist and moderate temperature offer the most atmospheric views of tea gardens.
建议行程：
Day 1 上午从景洪出发，到达勐海镇休整；下午前往南糯山茶园，初步体验茶园风光与茶农生活；
Day 2 一早参观古茶树，上午沿山间路径徒步或漫慢拍摄；下午安排茶叶工厂参观或与当地茶农互动，体验采茶或杀青；晚上可住在山脚或村落，以观星与夜景为延伸；
Day 3 若时间允许，可继续深入茶山较高处的村落，体验更加原始与少游客的风情后返程。

Day 1: Travel from Jinghong in the morning, arrive in Menghai, rest; in afternoon head to Nannuo tea gardens to enjoy scenic views and glimpse everyday life of tea farmers;
Day 2: Early morning visit to ancient tea trees; walk along mountain trails; afternoon visit a tea factory or family operation, participate or observe tea picking/sun-drying etc.; stay overnight near village or mountain foothills to enjoy quiet sunset or starlight;
Day 3 (if possible): Journey further up the mountain to more remote villages less visited by tourists, soak in more pristine scenery then return.
