梅里雪山 Meili Snow Mountain
梅里雪山位于云南省迪庆州德钦县，是藏传佛教八大神山之一。共有十三座海拔超过6000米的雪峰，其中主峰卡瓦格博峰海拔6740米，是云南最高峰，至今仍是无人登顶的“处女峰”。这里雪峰林立，景色壮丽，以“日照金山”的奇观最为著名。
Meili Snow Mountain, located in Deqin County, Diqing Prefecture, Yunnan, is one of the Eight Sacred Mountains of Tibetan Buddhism. It consists of 13 snow peaks above 6,000 meters. The main peak, Kawagarbo (6,740 m), is the highest in Yunnan and remains unclimbed. With its majestic scenery, the mountain is renowned for the spectacular sunrise view known as the “Golden Mountain”.

雨崩村 Yubeng Village
徒步爱好者的天堂，分上下雨崩，可探访冰湖与神瀑，体验藏族文化与自然风貌。A paradise for trekkers, divided into Upper and Lower Yubeng. Famous for trails leading to the Ice Lake and Sacred Waterfall, blending nature with Tibetan culture.
路线参考（5日行程） | Suggested 5-Day Itinerary
D1：抵达香格里拉 → 游览独克宗古城，适应高原。
Arrive in Shangri-La → Visit Dukezong Ancient Town, acclimate to high altitude.
D2：香格里拉 → 德钦 → 飞来寺住宿，途中观白马雪山与澜沧江大峡谷。
Travel to Deqin → Stay at Feilai Temple area → Enjoy Baima Snow Mountain & Lancang River Gorge en route.
D3：清晨飞来寺观日照金山 → 前往明永冰川或雨崩徒步起点。
Sunrise at Feilai Temple → Excursion to Mingyong Glacier or start Yubeng trek.
D4：雨崩徒步（冰湖/神瀑） → 感受原始自然与藏族风情。
Trek in Yubeng (Ice Lake/Sacred Waterfall) → Experience pristine nature & Tibetan culture.
D5：返回德钦 → 返程。
Return to Deqin → Departure.
